You can just spend gold. Last game I stopped doing actions. If you spend 5 GB your result will be 7 to 17. Hrm, I was told before I couldn't do that. If we can, several of the events aren't really events.

Events, by their nature, should take an action to resolve. If an action isn't spent, they tend to get worse. That's why it used to be RP loss for not taking care of events.

Except the spells you already cast don't suddenly become weaker when you die.
