Re: Questions

Tier 3 would survive on 6+, or die on a 1-5. Which is 25% -- true. And the income on a tier 3 unit is 2GB. So you are looking at break even average profit margin, to losses - not including action cost to muster, train... etc. Perhaps that is high.

Re: Questions

I also increased the death chance, because frankly, there has been almost no death on contracts... >:)

Re: Questions

Changing as of right now, since it is winter, and only 1-3 people are doing (can do) winter contracts, and weren't in excess of the allowed anyway. Native Contracts Local Dwarves: Up to 80GB Local Tree-Sidhe: Up to 80GB Local Sea-Sidhe: Up to 90GB Local Tree-Sidhe "Rebels": Up to 90GB This includes ...

Re: Questions

Yeah, it's not a bad idea either. So you can get a handful of really good units, and send smaller force, or flood with crap units... there are advantages both ways. And it is a good way to limit certain abuses/reduce their likelihood.

Re: Questions

The reason, I guess (and my actual concern), is you take someone with 40 land units, send 30 by land, and 10 to juice up the naval adventure too.

Re: Questions

That may be a better approach, and limits the abuse-factor.

Re: Questions

Hmmm, I kind of like that idea. But I also see avenue for abuse (every ship is the highest tier now!)... the risk of course increases that you lose units... as they'd still be rolled as their base unit for risk of death.

Re: Questions

Not Sure Scenarios Scenario 6: Two Adventures >> Use a Domain Action to send Regent and 2 Lieuts on 1st adventure and have 1 Lieut join the adventure group of a 2nd Regent who is doing the 2nd adventure. (I had never thought this was possible but a few players have suggested it) --- I probably would...

Re: Turn Template

Both, and no. Just a generic
If I am contested, I bid 10RP
or If I am contested, I bid enough to increase DC to 15+

And/or
Bid 5RP from counter espionage against Theft, assassination, X
Bid 20RP from counter espionage against XYZ
or something like, bid enough to make DC 20+ if possible...
