What areas can you get stone? In the Rule section it says in the low mountains. In the map you posted you said

14 Plains
10 Hills [3 Stone, 7 Iron]
4 High Mountains [1 Stone, 3 Iron]
5 Low Mountains [4 Stone, 1 Iron]

Does this mean some of the hills provide Stone? Do we know in advance?

Thinking about it a little more, I would add a GB generating building for each resource type... ie Quarry, Farm, and timber yard... Maybe link the mine to a guild holding... for each level of mine a level of guild is needed. Not linking it to the class but the holding... So if the holding is transfered or taken the mine goes with it. I liked that idea. If the guilder who build the mine suddenly dies the mines would be out of op...

Depending on how many players who want to play Juan should mark starting locations on the map. You then bid DP who chooses to place first and then maybee choose what race and class you want to play (to prevent an elv ending up in the mountain or a dwarv in heavy forest :D ).

Do we know how many want to play in the next campaign?

How did you choose the starting locations in the last campaing? Was it random if you where close to some other regents?

Can you choose a location where someone started?

Can you prohibit others from starting at your location?

I think its a good idea to reduce the amount of units you can support and the amount of good provinces. Administrating wars with hundrets of units is just to much timeconsuming. I would not go down the road of attrition as it will just complicate the game. Have a few units for free and increase the ...
