The resources, it is the same for every terrain types, with every high mountain/low mountain/hill having two kinds of resources instead of individual for the provinces like in earlier games? (Can not find any other list of what resource every province have than the generic list under terrain types) ...

You could give the XP bought with domain points to LT´s bought with domain points as well maybe? Would stop the problem of leveling up a lvl 1 LT to be able to bring them on random events if your main starts significanly higher. It will not be that major a thing to unbalance anything.
