Alright, I'll let you in on a little thing here. I was in a bad place mentally and emotionally when I was doing turns, and I'm getting those issues resolved. Yes, I could have gotten a level 4 army sent to you but I didn't. That was my fault.

I tried Neutrality before. It gets you burned.

And if you want to sell settlers, I will divest HW's Longship to someone in return for them as well.
