Been looking around but not been able to find, how are we on creating relatives besides children at gamestart? Was planning for a brother and a sister for my regent. Can they have bloodlines, and should the be created like childrens with regards to rolls, or is it non-blooded only for extendet family?

Did you haveto do an investiture action to give someone else settlers, or was that just a grant?
also, can you settle settlers in someone elses province(lets say you got holdings in it so some connection) to grow it? With their permission ofcourse.
