Right, but I was thinking that applied to training, not that that was the only thing that could be mustered. It makes sense, I just didn't get that impression.

Ahh, okay. Is that in a section of rules I'm not seeing? I saw the muster costs, but not where it specifically said you couldn't muster. (I did see about the costs relates to training.)

I always wanted to introduce siege towers to Birthright. They don't do damage, but negate the first round of damage from all range attacks.
