I could see that the Ride Exotic NWP might be used in place of Ride NWP to train scouts, but it's not the rule at the moment.

Since I am playing a dwarf I would like to have dwarven scouts, which I see listed. Since dwarves can't have Ride NWP, which is required for having scouts, how do I get dwarven scouts? Even if I hire a non-dwarf LT who has Ride NWP, if I train a dwarven irregular unit, since the dwarves can't ride, ...

It's the non-wizard regents who it's a problem for, mainly. Wizard regents would be able to see others' holdings if they had a source there, or not if they don't.

You just articulated the wizards problem, that non-wizards can see who has source holdings.

But I suspect it's a feature most wizards could do without.

With so many wizards, has the 'hidden' source holdings printing out in the turn report been fixed?

Yup, There will be a pre-turn 1 report. It will also roll taxes, generate (1) RP, etc. Since Taxes are done for the next turn, at the end of the previous one... (ie, Tax for Turn 1 is done at the end of Turn 0 report).

Should we have set taxation level in the preturn setup post?
