Loading/Unloading armies:
Unloading into a friendly province treats the province as if it had move 1 cost to land.
Unloading into hostile province uses the local province movement cost.
If you need to use a Declare War to enter a province, it is a hostile province.

Re: War/Force Pool/Training/Naval & Attrition
It may not be clear to everyone, but war follows the basic rulebook rules on page 64-66 where not otherwise overridden.
Order of Actions:
Aggressor moves
Defender moves
Castles can host units up to their level in garrison (p65), you cannot move past castles unless you have Castle Level + Garrison Level units in the province, to neutralize the castle.
See as well Finishing Moves: ...If an aggressor's units move, they cannot retreat in the same War Move. Aggressor units that do not move are allowed to retreat if confronted.
