Max Trade Routes
1 land / 1 sea trade route per province (note: a province has no sea trade route access if it has no river or coastal access). A city has the potential for 2 and 2.
Realm Population Calculations:
Just so we have a common method.
Each Leviable population = 2000 people (ie, 10% of the population is levy-ready)
In Cities, the ratio becomes 5000 people per leviable.
Examples:
Province 3: 3+2+1 = 6 potential levies. Therefore, population: 12,000
City 5: 5+4+3+2+1= 15 potential levies. Therefore, population: 75,000
For Comparison:
Province 6 (pre-urban) = 21 x 2000 = 42,000 people
Post Forming a City:
City 4: 10 x 5000 = 50,000
Province 2: 3 x 2000 = 6,000
