Fixes from Last Turn

Court Level: <put court level here> [and if it changed]

Court Members: Name, Age, Check %, CON

Counter Espionage/Bids Against Actions:
Place in Counter Espionage Pool: RP and GB are possible. ONLY THIS POOL CAN BID AGAINST ESPIONAGE

Change Tax Rate:
Only List the Provinces you are changing tax rate for, and list what they are becoming.
Change Tax Rate in Province_A to None/Light/Moderate/Severe

Character Sheet: Post a link to your character sheet here along with memorized spells, equipment, etc. here. The reason for the memorized spells is for the incidents where you may be in battle unexpectedly.

If Doing Random Event Adventures in your Turn: Please copy/paste the entire adventure LINE etc. in your turn report. Indicate what bonuses you have for the adventure from Blood Abilities or NWP. If it isn't listed, I won't look it up for you.
So, ideally something like:

A note on terminology:
APL = Average Party Level (sum of character levels / # of characters)
EPL = Effective Party Level (the final 'value' of your party)

Please put each NWP on it's own line, so it is easier for me to then come in and add [-roll]d20[/roll] beside each one. If you want to [-spoiler] tag the action as well, that isn't a bad idea. In fact, I'd suggest it - especially for adventures which can take up a bit of room.

So:

So if you are Building stuff, or granting GB, etc (if they are contingent on received GB/RP from someone else, please note that here as well) <---- NB: Despite being at the top of the turn, most building projects fire during the upkeep phase, they are all grouped here for ease of me adding them to the program... please also indicate what NWP might apply to reduce cost, and what you have (eg: Build Granary I [Engineering 16])

Clarifying

Please have 2 lines for espionage/counter bids.

RP/GB being added to counter espionage Pool: ...
Bids against: X, Y, Z etc

Is the X,Y,Z the actions the counter espionage pool is to be used against?

Or is it a bid from your existing RP/GB against a specific action? If so, is the bid spent even if that action does not occur?

Both, and no. Just a generic
If I am contested, I bid 10RP
or If I am contested, I bid enough to increase DC to 15+

And/or
Bid 5RP from counter espionage against Theft, assassination, X
Bid 20RP from counter espionage against XYZ
or something like, bid enough to make DC 20+ if possible...

Reminding again: ONLY counter espionage pool can bid against espionage.
