Wouldn't a lvl 6 player + lvl 3 lt be apl 4? I always thought we were supposed to round down.

Yup. 4 + 2 back from extra class and character = 6 again, effectively

The Map portion, is updated/updates when I upload the map (of course). It is now updated.
The manual part, I will update tonight. I only half-filled it since the start of the game, but will probably start updating now on.

I would have too, it it didnt require spellcasting. It is a very usefull building.
