If I forget to flag them as LT actions, they sure do give the regent XP. ;)

I looked back at my final turn sheet from the last game... Lol.. I was a lot higher level than I thought... There were many adventures I could have done at a higher DC... Oh well... Kragen wasn't a caster, so it did not have that huge of an impact.

If a treasury stops a raid from collecting GB, what does that mean if someone raids for resources? Can they give up GB to avoid extra loyalty loss?

GB were always supposed to represent goods not just gold. Treasury should prevent resources as well. Could base it on level of treasury as well.

I liked it better when treasury buildings didn't protect against raids... If I knew they were going to, I'd have one already.

Theft can only be conducted in a player's capital and treasuries are the only limit, raids can be conducted anywhere and province level is the limit. Those are very distinct.

Treasury would protect against theft in capital, but not a raid. They are two different things with vastly different potential outcomes (limited number of GBs or resources taken via a raid while theft theoretically is only capped by however much money the regent has access to).

I like to imagine a major part of the theft action is kidnapping VIPs to ransom back to the victim. That helps explain how so much money gets moved.

Could do something like the treasury cancels raiding from 2 units per level of treasury. So a level 2 would protect against a raid of 4 units, but a raid of 6 units would still have 2 that get through.... after the fighting.
