For landlocked provinces, do they acquire a second land trade route at lvl 4 in the same way that single province islands get a second sea route?

With an adventure like 'Permafrost Adventure: Survival or Magical/Humanoid or Undead, Min DC: 2 ', if you have NWPs that effect survival and magical, do they all apply or do we pick which, survival or magical, to use?
