Re: actions and no LT´s on random adventured, TBH, this have been stated multiple times in both this game and the last. Consequences for rulebreakers perhaps?

The only things lieutenants can do without an action are accompany their regent on an adventure or attend an academy (if they're not participating in an adventure or using an action that turn). Lieutenants can't go on adventures with or without other regents without an action, unless they do it as part of their regent's action, and if they do they can't study that turn.

I didn't know attending an academy didn't take a LT action.

Yes, that is correct. They can Academy or accompany a PC as part of a PC action on Adventures without using the LT action.

But only academy if they do nothing else in the turn, correct?

If a LT attends an Academy, they cannot participate in any other action at all, correct.

Can chained traderoutes still be shared?

Say, guilder got guild in province 1 & 2. Nonguilder got guild in province 3.

Can guilder make a chained traderoute province 1,2 &3, sharing a third with the non-guilder, or does a chained traderoute require the guilder to own all the guilds?

My understanding was the chain only applies to a single thing/Guilder.

So you could have all resources coming into say Gladanil on your route, the other trader would have grain (from Gladanil) and whatever else he is connected/chained to.

Correct, all routes must be with the same character who is a rogue-class to chain the routes.
