I am already almost middle aged and my dad died of old age a decade ago. You long lived humans are freaky.

Ethak's counting his lucky stars for a bloodline ability that keeps him from aging like a Gnoll.

This is my first char to not get long life. Of course, that's in the game with accelerated(2 yr/turn) aging.

How useless was it on my half elf, ya know?

I don't think I have ever had a character have long life.

I probably don't want long life. It is kind of fun to know you are never going to reach high levels.

I’m still clinging to old age also, waiting for my luck of the dice to run out!

Speaking oocly about the funeral -- it's a funeral. People don't go up and poke and prod a body at one. The various faiths (outside of the Architect's) were all able to have a priest or priest/wizard or priest/whatever respectfully do their spells and detections. If someone wants to believe he is alive, no amount of additional proof is going to change that. But talk to your priests -- Exalted, Maerlyn, Banon, Duran, etc -- they can all confirm he's dead (if they have the appropriate speak with dead, etc).
