I assume it was an Ershieglien amplified power then and not regular charm aura or divine aura. Is it normal for those of lesser blood power to have blood trait abilities more powerful than those with higher blood? If so that is fine. It is just information of that possibility that everyone should know so they can take possibilities into account. Being able to affect 8 units in a large naval battle is more powerful than some abilities of those with higher blood. Being able to do it anonymously is even more powerful.

You are also correct there is more to it, but I would have to give up extra information.

This is why people shouldn't be complaining about stuff like this in open public forum.

Bloodtrait is a major ability. Anyone with a BS of 16 or higher can have it, and yet it's easily possible for someone with BS 32 or 64 to have never, ever rolled it. Even someone with BS 128 potentially might have missed it. So regardless of if it's normal or not, it's possible. There's drawbacks, though. One scion of Masela literally turned into a dolphin due Bloodtrait.

Some people were also given at least once, maybe twice from the Winter Main Adventures the chance to super charge a blood ability

I was speaking of others with blood trait with higher blood scores. Is there some power level based on blood score or are the trait powers based purely on who has annoyed the dm less that day? :)

Ahh I never saw that as an option. Only empowering heirloom items. If you gained that much power to defect 8 units in what Inassume was a huge area of effect without anyone spotting that t was you then you can have your 8 ships back... :)

It is supposed to be very conspicuous. I am sure Juan will add that to the News, CRunch first, fluff second I assume.
