So you can't do a random adventure in your area?

You can do any event listed on the Random Events page (provided you've the court to reach it).

Do you acctually need the court range to reach adventure locations?

It was previously stated you do, but I'm not certain of how often or if it is being enforced.

Well I always thought that going adventuring has nothing to do with a court. You are not using your realm powers to solve an adventure.

Adventures are also not listed under the actions page. And court description says you need a court range for -> actions.

You can impact events in other realms. If you want to do that, you should have the court range to reach.

Still nothing to do with court politics or power. Just going on an adventure.

Other random events were you can bid stuff I would agree though.

It's the ability of your court to keep in touch with the regent and continue to conduct affairs of the realm. Anyone can run off and sail across the map...the regent has to keep in touch with his realm and handle the business which continues to crop up.

Using a character action instead of a domain action means the regent is doing something other than running their domain, though. Like... adventuring.

Those games also don't have court range. Apples to apples please.

I really don't care which way it is, just as long as it's consistent. Nothing worse than some players following a rule, that isn't being enforced, to their detriment.
