Can stronghold be used to create restricted buildings which the wizard has not chosen as one of their unique 2?

It was originally for source holders in general, but yeah, it's listed among the Sidhelien special rules.

Yes, I was contemplating/thinking we could expand it to all Source 7s in the game. That, or the answer is just: Stronghold everything

You could also raid a neighbouring trade route and steal the Wood/Stone from there.

Summon Orog Scouts seems like a viable option if you are truly going to have no people to call upon.

And if a source 7 is on both ends of the trade route, no road or ships needed? (Still can be raided, though.)
