Re: Questions - Diaspora IV
Maulok ends t23, this blessing presumably is for t24+.

Turns are being processed which is what I assume sparked the blessing, not sure how it could affect turn 23...

T23/T24 and expiring end of T25.1
Can negotiate reward now, but delivery might be delayed until end of turn.
Or maybe an action you really need success on is about to be processed, ask for your reward before resolution.
Rewards are personalized and personal, so depends on the individuals circumstances.

RAW is in the apollyon spirit for sure. Interpret it to maximize self benefit while subverting the intent!

Yeah, if you flip a coin and instead of heads (1) or tails (2) or even the edge (3) you get anything else, that's a problem.

Re: Questions - Diaspora IV
The condition says roll a d4, if you roll a 1, X
Maulok says: Anything that rolls a dice to determine action outcome, is subject to between -3 to +3
Perhaps Maulok creates random extra stones in there (if you roll above 4), perhaps there is no stones at all to draw (if Maulok modifies it to 0)
Perhaps there are negative stones in the bag, and you now owe Apollyon rewards (if you roll negative)

The dice roll, remember, is simulating the drawing of a stone, and is not you rolling a dice to determine an outcome. You are not, in fact, flipping a coin.

Hmm. If a 0 means you attempt to draw a stone but somehow aren't able to do so, -1 or -2 would mean you attempt to draw a stone, but instead put a stone or two into the bag. Doesn't seem like Apollyon prepared for that contingency.
