I assume this does not mean you get 1 bloodline per trade route right?

nope, either more GB if you are a merchant, or increase bloodline by 1 for anyone.

Can multiple +1 bloodline effects be taken this turn, or are they all mutually exclusive like Gaia's and Raven Queen's were? Ishka and Teferynn are both offering them so far this turn.

Those are technically next turn, but you can take both.

A) Restoring Balance: Genasi/Elemental Children have congregated to your lands and more have appeared. They prove their worth to gain acceptance into the community and solve one Random Event. Their presence reduces the source potential penalty of civilization by 1 in all provinces you rule, but also confers a -1 Cultural penalty (that cannot be reduced, and stacks) on all actions in your lands as they are a distinct new culture forming.

As a non-landed what is the impact if any for selecting this option. Do I impact several players or none with cultural penalties, or just myself as they are in my organization?

The random even that is resolved. Is it just removed, or is there a treasure roll?

Just removed; it basically has no impact if you are un-landed.
