Are the divine blessings like free NWP and freedom of movement from hircine etc. transferable to your heir like the stats bought with domain points? Or are they 'lost' with the original regent?

The Divine Blessings are non-inheritable (unless they said they were, but I don't think any did)

Just wasnt sure if I could contact them as an NPC or if I had to jump through hoops to talk to whoever their leader is, or if that leader is even public knowledge.

If they are that out of reach/touch, what is the logic of them being a part of the 'Pantheon' discussions/system?

Being in reach/touch isn't a requirement for having divine power. From his perspective (and the perspective of others) it's the main mass of the Pantheon that's out of reach/out of touch.
