Unless you have Ancient History; Blood History that traces through all the games back to Taelshore game to a character that was played in that game; or have actually spent research actions, you in no way have a working knowledge of events that transpired in the Michael Roele vs Gorgon timeline.
Not even vague speculations - you legitimately don't even know who those people were. It is 10 thousand years at least and thousands of generations ago. Even for Sidhelien, or Karamhul, the historical memory you would possess would be spotty at best.

With 5 RP can I raise my bloodline from 1 to 3 in a single turn? Or is there a limit of 1 increase via RP per turn?

I’ve done multiple increases per turn in the past.

You can increase it multiple times in a turn with RP, yes.

What happends to a god tier power if the god looses that tier again, does it remain or is it removed?

This does not change Faith tier requirements, faith CP spending, realm spell selection.
It does not impact the gods power, in their home/other planes or other crystal spheres they may operate in.
A Tier 6 Deity may regain full strength as a Greater God in Aebrynis, with the consent of the 4 uniquely aligned deities they share an alignment axis with. These must be the strongest deities of their unique alignments.
3 Greater gods may support a 4th greater of any alignment, otherwise support is limited to one deity along each axis (2 maximum), by the strongest deity of each unique alignment.
A greater god may demote themselves at anytime by supporting another deity for a stable pantheon position.
2 Greater Gods may restore the strength of Intermediate Deity, 1 Greater God any Lesser.
Demi-Gods are restored to full strength with the support of any deity of any rank.
Greater Status cannot be removed unless all support is withdrawn.
Does the italicized part mean 3 tier 6 gods, or 3 greater gods who have already had to regain their greater status via the method underlined?

There are 3 greater gods, determined by the support of the other gods of their shared alignment.

The 4th if any greater deity is determined by the 3 greater gods.
