I think Herald is 20 points over budget? I have not audited the expenditures but if this is the math used, you get 20 points per tier upgrade which means T4 should be 80 points, not 100.

I am pretty sure they were on track for Tier 6. There were enough relics to support more tiers or demi-gods towards the end of the game.

They are a Tier 5 faith at ascension, I decided.
So yes, 20 points above Tier 4 cost.

Yeah, I forgot to change T4 -> T5 as I was doing the math on it in the bracket, deleted that line now.

The support/oppose/allies lines should probably be in each faith too...helps give them an idea of who they work with/don't.

Most of the major changes at the domain level I think are basically done. I have overhauled and redirected almost every trade route in the game, 90% of the provinces in the game theoretically eventually have all resources, assuming the guilder running the operation is of high enough level to accomplish that.

I have set tax on all trade routes to be 1GB at start and at end point. You might be paying yourself in taxes. Some routes might even lose money, if the provinces connected are low. In game, negotiations on kickbacks to offset the taxes are reasonable to take place. The tax rate will not change, so it will be up to you to set a compensating tribute, action (say bless/gold rush, etc), or however you want to negotiate it. Including redirecting trade, if you so choose.
