How do you bid on domain if they are preset?
Bid a random number of DP and hope it's enough that you go near the beginning so you don't get stuck with the slop realms?

Will starting levels and bloodlines be dependant on realm or even across the board?

I didn't really do a great job managing it. Being responsible for my own Law holdings, Guild Holdings, Provinces, Trade Routes, and Law, Guild and trade in another 5 provinces as well was extremely action intensive. I didn't do nearly enough Realm Rules, and they were cripplingly expensive in RP, even without investing RP to aid in the DC.
