What constitutes 'provoke' though. Creating a holding in my province would be considered a provocation by me, but not by someone else. Same with agitate or contest. Or if they agitated, contested, or acted against a holding or asset outside of my physical domain.

The wording also suggests that you have to choose an action to take before you can hold it, which would make it more clear what would count as 'provocation', and make it work better with realm magic.
