I'm just a weak ass wizard who is going to try and get spells that let me escape the Gnolls.
And furthermore I believe the Gnolls must be destroyed. Gnollago delenda est!

Problem with Bannon: The focus is on training units for war, but the priests can't train units because they can't know many weapons.

Arm the Other - Temples of level 3 or greater add one training point whenever a priest of Banon trains units.
Weapons: As priest

You can't train archers, cavalry, knights, or pikes.

Maybe Banon could just let Arawn have his God of War cake, and focus on the family.

There are bludgeoning only polearms for training pikes and heavy infantry.

Haelyn could use a dogma edit.

With the shifting to a Good deity, he probably isn't keen on killing angels anymore. Or perhaps maybe a general prohibition against summons, as things crossing the shadow realm from the outer planes is no bueno.

The Unseelie enemy should maybe be shifted (unless they remain campaign relevant) to maybe all sidhe, or anti-religious Sidhe.

This is valid criticism, perhaps one of the domain level bonuses could be reduced or replaced with "Counts as having all WP for the purposes of training units."

Would keep the priests still priests, without all the fighter weapon bleedover the other faiths have, but serve the desired flavour.

i don't think it would be sidhe, as inari was on good terms with haedlyn, and entrusted her kids future to him due to mammon.

Maybe he could just go all-out against fiends and undead. If the Unseelie have been defeated, the true threat is unmasked.

Priests and Rogues can also in 2e, Spend a WP to add a weapon to their class list, then spend 1 to learn it. (2 total WP, Wizards 3 total)

Problem for priests is that it does not overcome ethos reasons for weapon restrictions. So a standard cleric could learn Longsword for two WP slots, but would commit an ethos violation if they used a blade on an enemy still. They would be able to use blunted versions in tournaments successfully, or may with DM's permission use the sharp blade against some classes of non-person enemies. Some faiths would be cool with barred weapons against animals others not. same with undead, monster, constructs, and so on...

in any case, a priest should be able to train those units eventually.
