Thanks for answer on holy:)
Its unresonable that a priest can conjure unlimited amount of food and protect an unlimited amount of troops from attrition really. And abit unbalanced;)
Would make sense to change it so there is a max amount of units you can affect based on level. Simular to defection(but a higher number ofcourse)TPK - The Pirates wrote: ↑Tue Jul 07, 2020 3:39 pmConcerns about Maintain Armies can easily be alleviated with the spell only takes effect during maintenance phase of the turn. Units would need to be present in the province it was cast in at end of turn to gain the effect.

Maintain Armies is a trap! It is a non-responsive spell that only makes sense to cast on a large army that is not doing anything. Why do you have a large army doing nothing? If you have a large army - you should be attacking.

I´d think its best use is when you got a big, but not quite big enough, army, and are working on removing the not quite part:)RR - Exalted Voice wrote: ↑Tue Jul 07, 2020 4:09 pmMaintain Armies is a trap! I see Maintain armies as a much more cost-effective option then Alchemy/Bless/Gold Rush. Converts RP to GB, requires armies instead of holdings.

Regarding Moradin- for a god of magic of dwarfes which was his main sphere he has pretty little to do with wizards and spells and magic items now.
Normally I would think about an advantage moradin gives wizards who attent to his faith and clerics to use wizardry.
