If your source control relies on a LT, you're setting yourself up for failure. If it isn't your regent, should definitely be seeking a friendly wizard to manage your sources.

Same with every holding really. Try to do it all yourself and you're setting yourself up for complete failure (unless doing a one province, all holdings, no width domain).

Priest LTs need a bloodline to cast spells, that is correct.

I will introduce some blooded individuals who arrive in the region, and you can bidding war for their services, later. And of course, Great Captain events are a great way to also get blooded people to join your court.

Once there are Academies online, they may also have a % chance to produce a blooded graduate that can be hired.

Siblings don't start with a bloodline, I guess. It feels like a too easy side-step to evade the limited # of blooded people intended.

This makes short lived races better since it takes them far shorter to get blooded children to adulthod. Since the game usually does not last that long, Karamhul or pure elves will most likely never get blooded relevant LTs.

They will not get blooded relatives, perhaps. You can recruit people from Great Captain Events, and hire the blooded people I will have come as random events as well.

No one, even gnolls, are recruiting people born in game before T6 or so. By then there will have been available people to hire.

Could be DP options for future games.
Blooded Spouse (possibly recruitable during game as a LT?)
Blooded Heir born prior to start (X turns required before qualifies for objective/still not valid for objective)

Would eliminate the Baby gap/boom in the first turns of the game.

Blooded Heir born prior to start (This requires you to be at least Old for them to start as an Adult - they do not qualify for objectives, but their children can count for the objectives).

I mean, it is a downside for the slow breeding races, but they have upsides of well, not aging ;)

So evens out. with 2 years per turn even humans may struggle to be fit both at the beginning and the end of the game without long life, and gnolls, well ;)

Indeed. Goblins and Gnolls will not survive the game, basically. Humans might, but will be old. Karamhul and Sidhelien will be around long after the game ends, so they can plan to be higher level... I think it balances out.
