Not likely, rarely do we have retroactive rulings as it causes lots of time-travel and 'I would have done this instead' discussions.

But if you not correct this retroactively the people who already used this loophole get their advantage fixed and all others can‘t get to the same exps as soon...

All the wizards, because they have all ruled some Sources, are ahead. Maybe Py is the most ahead, you are second most, then Isaelie, but all the wizards who have done any source actions, are ahead of where they should be...
