This game alone, several people have handled assassination events and helped on military/undead events which had targeted someone else.

Another consideration when being reworked -- events which target non-existent holdings.

For example, an assassination which targets a temple, but there is no temple in the province. Does it just 'not happen'? Rolls over to law or guild or source (randomly)? Escalate to province owner?

No, generally if the event is ignored the holding is created, under the control of a regent hostile to the province regent.

I will start to review and update tomorrow, but for sure there will be no bidding without an action spent.

And some more events will have ongoing effect if unresolved issues, and all diplomatic events will cause modifiers with one external faction or another.

What about festival events? It says you may spend GB without attending.

Festival: Regent Action +2 OR LT Action +1/+1 per GB spent/+2 for a leadership nwp check (once). You may spend GB without attending this event

started updating, added the faction impact of diplo actions, and that cannot spend GB on any action without spending an action, and added that Intrigue keeps triggering every turn until resolved.

If you create a Great Captain from a Matter of Justice by choice (Side with Law), you cannot recruit them. You can still resolve that Great Captain event, but you won't gain the LT out of it.

Natural Disaster: Potentially Building Damage, Roads Washed Away; Holding Reduced 1 level; +10% chance of death check if in your capital. Cost: 1GB per holding and building/fortification you have in the province struck, or they reduce a level.

So with the changes how is Natural Disaster impacted.

To confirm is the cost:
7GB = 4 GB (Law, Guild, Temple, Source) + 2 GB Road (2 roads) +1 GB other building
16GB = 13 GB (Law 3, Guild 3, Temple 3, Source 4) + 2 Gb Roads +1 GB building

Does paying this cost now require an action?
if yes: Can 1 regent pay all costs for all affected domains?

to confirm the province level is not impacted regardless if any, some, or all holdings/forts/buildings are repaired.
