How does the leveling of a faith work. Do you need 5 blood, 5 temples and 5 shrine to get to lvl 1 of the faith?

Firstly, shrine increase, is it simply building like any other?

secondly, buildings in generalt and the province max.
I thought each province had a cap, that could not be exceeded, but later found it every individual had a cap based on buildings they own. I think this is a mistake, as it makes everyone wanting to hold all holdings in their capital to be able to build more, including buildings they do not really profit from.

Any chance of a change there?

And as I said in the thread, no that is wrong, DM told me it was not, and I was limited on it. I was told I could not build more in the province, since I only had province and temple 4. While there was plenty space for for example the lawholder to build.

Building Caps: 1 building level allowed per holding or province level (total). So, you have to chose what building you want to set up... Want a School/Gymnasium and Hospital 5? That is 7 holding levels used that cannot go somewhere else. Every Fortification over holding/province level counts as a Building towards this Cap. As does every Palace level. THIS IS TRACKED ON A PER PROVINCE BASIS.

Why would there be a cap? Provinces are large. If you want to build a second, third, and nineteenth palace, why not? Its your gold, and you aren't running out of room.

Now, buildings should count as holdings for maintenance. That would be appropriate.

You need everything in each line to go up a Rank. In the case of Bloodline score it is based on what the leader of the faith's blood score is.

It was meant to be based on your own holdings, for building cap. But, a generic province cap or no cap at all is just as doable.

I cannot get buildings to have upkeep cost.

For building cap per province, we can also always allow people to give their access in a province to someone else who also has a presence.

that would be nice, being allowed to use other peoples buildings.
