But also, we're all starting with 10RP. If you fast-build your shrine, you're almost definitely getting it done turn 1 ...

How should I interpret the “ Each char get's 2 buildings.” part in the domain creation rules

Am I supposed to choose 2 building tyoes? Or are they instand-build?

And a Building I can only be started in a province 1? Or can it be build in a province 0 but it won’t do anything?

You can choose 2 of the restricted buildings like training grounds. They need to be build normaly

You need a province lvl or a holding lvl to be able to build a building. So lvl 0 should not give space for a building
