It's too good. It quickly outpaces the alternative versions in terms of raw bonus, and is way way too cheap for the amount of bonus it is giving

Also Ward Realm needs to be updated. Does it affect units moving into the province. What about summoned units from wizards?

Units moving into the province will require a Saving Throw to be allowed into. Its against alls ummoned units, be wizard, undead or ents. Used it heavily in the burroughs campaign..,)

Yes, summoned units of the alignment banned need to make a morale save to enter the province in question.

I would like to see cleric ward upgraded using protection from evil as a template. (Against self-interest this game too)

Bar all outsiders from entering regardless of alignment.
Temporarily Suppress (or counterspell) mind control effects like defection and subversion.
