Excepting early game. If you have not yet had any contact with someone, those numbers are the only thing you have to go by. Makes sense to look at them then.
Seems a little meta to me. Granted, you need the info to calculate the DC, but for the rest the numbers seem OOC info to me really.
Eh, I think it's good to use. From visiting a community, I think people could get a general idea of what the people from that area are like.

The general idea of what people are like is heavily biased by personal experience and perspective though.

You just have to bear in mind that evil isn't "EVIL" in our alignment system use.
It is oppositional to good - which can be a reason to dislike those people - of course - but the bias is against "different" - not a "reasonable hatred of those baby eaters."

For example - in Mishrak's frame of reference LG is the worst alignment. It is full of people who hide behind structures and organizations to protect those unworthy of being protected - keeping people in power by chance of birth rather than on merit - and stifle individuality by forcing conformity. They hold back societal advancement by believing equality is more important than success.

So you can quickly form an opinion that those people are 'wrong thinking' and 'different.' But you cannot arbitrarily assume they are truly monstrous based on alignment. That should require actual interactions with them.

A shower idea I had for the next game, inspired by Apollyon's blessing-to-curse move, would only work if you're using a point-buy for characters or domains I think but would be to generate a list of flaws domains could have in exchange for an initial starting point. Some of them could be realm flaws like the ones from the last game (like Alim's -1 training point), others could be character flaws (like nearsightedness or berserker madness) that everyone in the line tend to have.

Fair enough. It is certainly fitting for a LG person to be endlessly self-righteous :)

LG people can be hated for roughly the same reasons by someone of CG, CE, LE, or LG alignment (and vice-versa). In the latter case, that's because two LG characters can be from different backgrounds. The Knights of King Arthur and the Paladins of Charlemagne may get along when fighting undead, monsters, and outside religions, but if they were around during the Hundred Years War that would be a different story.

If you wind up flipping out and murdering your own family it certainly could be.
