A Landed Regent doesn't need an army, they can always contract that job to a warrior. Maybe even a Mercenary...

Training grounds being warrior only is the same as trade chains being guilder only.
Instead of having the buildings and other important things be class restricted, why not give a bonus to the class that builds it or penalty to others, like time and resources that need to be put into it.

I suppose you could let anyone build, but for double(triple?) the cost. Not sure I like it thou.
