Re: Likely World Area
With that, it means that 62% of the regents have been imported, and that there are 1.7 provinces per regent. If you roll a 1 or a 2 on initiative turn 1, the odds of you getting a second province isn't that great. The one advantage is that just about everyone will have a court 0 or 1, so that will mean they can only settle provinces immediately near to their landing position. If there winds up being a more sparsely-settled area, you'll be at a relative advantage in grabbing more land.

The other good news is that conquering a province 1 costs the same as settling it does, but is easier to do. Just... watch your back.

Give up your starting guard at your own peril, especially if you wind up near more... persuasive... neighbors.AF - Areida Faderan wrote: ↑Thu Apr 11, 2019 5:17 pmThe other good news is that conquering a province 1 costs the same as settling it does, but is easier to do. Just... watch your back.

Yeah, the Diem hills are likely to be pretty open, I think.

One thing that might be good (though, I get that there is a ton of stuff happening and that you're on vacation) would be getting an updated user list here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=33
Maybe it's just a personal issue, but I'm having trouble keeping the realm names and the players who are there, straight.

I already asked Juan and he'll update the list once he has placed everyone. Gives us all equal time to then chat with our neighbors.

You didn't. Was a conversation I was having with him in one of my threads. Just figured I'd answer since I already knew it.
