1/3 propably is only +/-2 thou. At most maybe average 15 vs average… 9 maybe, if anyone have been that low on average.(and I doubt anyone is that low) and that would mean 3 vs 5.

Yeah, it is a fairly minor difference. It does probably slightly skew stats closer to the average, without significantly changing the average.
Starting characters will use 5d4 in a row, +racial mod. This is for kids born in game, of course.

I like it - stat inheritance marginally helps short-lived races most. Breeding program initialized!

Yes. And a number of other people's relations. Gaelin's first daughter. A few of Daene's wives. A bunch of other people's spouses or children. At least 10 different PC's wives/husbands or daughters/sons.
