Neither Mebhaighl Sense nor any of the Enhanced Sense options seem to grant the ability to detect sources, so I guess it might be one of those in combination with Bloodtrait. (Bloodform would be tricky, since it'd get worse every time the power was used, until there was no question about it.)

Great Mebhaighl sense lets you detect spells cast where you have sources, it doesn't let you detect sources. Unless that's an undocumented consolation for non-source regents with the ability...
