Wasn't the range min 1 and otherwise equal to the shrine level? So the first level of shrine would not impact the range.

Yes, rule change has been clarified in rules section from what I can see.

Which basically means everyone has a reach of 1...and if you build a shrine you add it to your reach.

With NWP books, do you have to be the class in question to use the book? What if you have access to the class's NWP list, like Bards have access to the wizard and warrior lists in addition to the rogue list?

Didn't mean to offend, but it actually made me wonder if I had misunderstood and you could "put money into court like the old games" (which actually would have been good news in my occasion), so I thought I'd mention it for any others that are slow like me
