I would like to see the academy removed and the focus placed on adventuring. Also add minor adventures as a court action and that granted a small amount of XP. (Something like 100 XP x average party level for each character.)
I also feel that the find LT action should yield an LT of your class choice. Make the additional cost 1 GB per level of the LT with a max of the recruiter level. If a regent spends an entire year searching for someone they should be able to choose the class. If that is too good, make it have a DC of 10 modified by CHA.

Academies are designed to give priests a unique role on purpose, like the other classes get...
